Terms & Conditions – Parkria Cloud Car Parking Solutions
Parkria is a SaaS-based product developed and owned by Datasmac Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register, book, and use Parkria services.
- By booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
2. Scope of Services
- Parkria provides cloud-based parking management and rental solutions (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Services include slot booking, digital payments, managed entry/exit, and basic premises facilities such as restrooms (where available).
- Restrooms, if provided, are strictly for personal and hygienic use only. Misuse or damage may result in termination of services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle details during booking.
- Use parking premises only for vehicle parking, not for storage or overnight residence.
- Lock and secure your vehicle before leaving the premises.
- Ensure your vehicle does not leak oil, fuel, or hazardous substances; you may be liable for cleaning or repair costs.
- Keep the parking and restroom areas clean and hygienic.
- Be responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle to the parking facility, other vehicles, or premises property.
4. Payments & Charges
- All bookings are subject to advance payment through approved digital channels (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
- Monthly rental customers must pay an advance deposit equal to 3× the approved monthly rental fee before entry.
- If advance is not paid, entry to the premises will be denied.
- GST and state taxes apply as per law.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Refunds are not applicable in cases of No-Show, misuse of premises, or policy violations.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Parkria Owner is NOT Responsible For:
- Theft or loss of the vehicle or its contents (including rat bites, rodent damage, or vandalism).
- Accidents, fire, or natural disasters (including rainfall, flooding, storms, earthquakes, or similar events).
- Losses caused by negligence of the driver or third parties.
The User is Responsible For:
- Any damage caused by their vehicle to other vehicles, infrastructure, or the facility.
- Ensuring their vehicle is properly insured as required by Indian law.
- Keeping the space clean and free of oil leaks, debris, or hazardous waste.
7. Use of Premises & Restrictions
- Only authorized vehicles with valid booking are allowed entry.
- Illegal activities, storing inflammable items, or conducting business inside the parking area is strictly prohibited.
- Restroom facilities, if available, must be used responsibly and without damage.
- Parkria reserves the right to evict or blacklist users who violate these rules, without refund.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state where the service is availed (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, or Andhra Pradesh).
- For online platform-related disputes, the jurisdiction will default to Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
9. Data & Privacy
- Your personal and vehicle information is processed as per our Privacy Policy.
- Transactions are encrypted and handled securely via authorized payment gateways.
10. Force Majeure
- Parkria shall not be held liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical outages.

- Location Information: GPS or location data (with your consent) to show nearby parking availability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide parking booking and related services.
- Process and secure online transactions.
- Communicate booking confirmations, updates, and support.
- Improve service quality, user experience, and security.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and fraud-prevention requirements.
3. Online Transactions & Payment Security
- All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Parkria does not store your credit/debit card details, CVV, or net banking credentials.
- Transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
- Customers may receive confirmation receipts and transaction history through email/SMS.
4. How We Share Information
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Information may be shared with:
- Payment service providers (to complete secure transactions).
- Parking partners/owners (to confirm and manage bookings).
- Legal or regulatory authorities (when required by law).
5. Data Protection & Security
- We use encryption, firewalls, and access controls to safeguard customer data.
- Only authorized personnel can access sensitive information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Parkria Cloud Car Parking Solutions

1. Daily Rentals
- Full Refund: Cancellation made within 15 minutes of booking.
- Partial Refund: Cancellation made before 6 hours of booking start time → 30% of booking fee refunded (service charges deducted).
- No Refund: Cancellation made less than 6 hours before booking start time or in case of “No Show.”
2. Weekly Rentals
- Full Refund: Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before rental start date.
- Partial Refund: Cancellation made 24 hours before rental start date → 50% refund.
- No Refund: Once the weekly rental has started, no refund will be processed for unused days.
3. Monthly Rentals
- Full Refund: Cancellation made within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days before rental start date.
- Partial Refund: Cancellation made within 15 days of start date → 25%–50% refund depending on timing.
- No Refund: Once the monthly rental period has started and possessed, no refund will be issued.
3.1 Advance Payment Requirement
- Customers opting for monthly rentals must pay an advance equal to 3 times the approved monthly rental fee at the time of booking confirmation or on/before the entry date.
- If the advance is not paid, entry to the parking premises will not be permitted.
3.2 Advance Refunds for Monthly Customers
If a customer pays in advance for a monthly rental and wishes to terminate early, the following rules apply:
- Notice Period of 60 Days or More: 100% refund of advance amount.
- Notice Period of 30 to 59 Days: 20% deduction from advance amount; balance refunded.
- Notice Period of 15 to 29 Days: 50% refund of advance amount.
- Notice Period Less Than 15 Days (including immediate termination): No refund applicable.
3.3 Advance refund requests must be submitted within the applicable notice period before the intended termination date. Refunds will be processed only if there are no outstanding dues, penalties, or damages related to the parking slot.
4. Transaction Failures
- If a payment is deducted but the booking fails, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
- Banks and payment gateways may take 5–10 working days to reflect the refund.
6. Service Fees & Deductions
- Convenience charges, transaction fees, or taxes may be non-refundable.
- The refund amount shown at the time of cancellation will be final.
7. Force Majeure & Exceptions
- No refunds will be processed for cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, partner closures, etc.).
- Special cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
